Google Calendar Integration

ChiroDesk integrates with Google Calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and prevent double bookings.

What we access: We access only calendar availability (free/busy time blocks) and your email address to identify the connected account.

This access is required to check real-time availability before showing appointment slots and and to create calendar events for confirmed bookings.

What we do NOT access: We do not read or store event titles, descriptions, attendees, or any personal calendar content.

Google account access is initiated only when a clinic user explicitly chooses to connect their account via secure OAuth 2.0. Access is granted only after user consent and can be revoked at any time.

Users can revoke access at any time from within the application or via their Google account settings.

How It Works

  3. Appointments are confirmed by the clinic
  4. Confirmed bookings are added to Google Calendar
