Google Calendar Integration

ChiroDesk integrates with Google Calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and prevent double bookings.

• Checks availability using Google's free/busy system
• Prevents booking conflicts with existing calendar events
• Adds confirmed appointments to your Google Calendar

What we access: We access only calendar availability (free/busy time blocks) and your email address to identify the connected account.

This access is required to check real-time availability before showing appointment slots and and to create calendar events for confirmed bookings.

What we do NOT access: We do not read or store event titles, descriptions, attendees, or any personal calendar content.

Google account access is initiated only when a clinic user explicitly chooses to connect their account via secure OAuth 2.0. Access is granted only after user consent and can be revoked at any time.

Users can revoke access at any time from within the application or via their Google account settings.

Data & Privacy

ChiroDesk is designed with privacy and data security in mind.

• Google access and refresh tokens are securely encrypted before storage
• We only use Google Calendar free/busy data to determine availability
• No calendar event details are stored in our systems
• Users can disconnect their Google account at any time
• ChiroDesk does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or AI model training.Access to Google data is strictly limited to providing core appointment scheduling functionality.
